I wasn’t born into this industry, I kind of stumbled into it. Growing up in Miami, I was always fascinated by real estate and the idea of hosting — making people feel at home. I still remember driving around fancy neighborhoods just to look at houses and dream. Eventually, I found myself in luxury hospitality, managing villas and creating experiences for travelers who wanted more than just a place to stay.
Over the years, I learned how to connect with property owners, build trust, and deliver the kind of service that keeps high-end guests coming back. I helped scale a company to millions in bookings, but I was still working for someone else — until the day I quit. I had no safety net, no savings, and honestly no clue what was next.
That low point is what forced me to double down on what I knew: how to build relationships, how to serve clients at the highest level, and how to turn it into a real business. I realized I didn’t need to own villas or have millions in the bank to succeed — I just needed a system. That system became the foundation of Rental Copilot.
